Exercise is beneficial for healthy life
style. It improves metabolism and keeps one active and energetic. Exercise is
not only good for keeping ones healthier but also is a key to fresh skin. Dermatologist
Ellen Murmur says that “anything that keeps your circulation fast helps in
keeping your skin healthy, vibrant and shiny. An increase in blood flow due to
some exercise helps in nourishing cells of skin. Increase flow of blood causes
elevated levels of oxygen to reach the bed of skin cells. Inorganic wastes and free
radicals are necessary to get eliminated and increased circulation of blood
